Our staff has a combined 235 years of election experience.

Scott Martin - is a third generation election consultant with over 32 years in elections. His late grandfather, Daniel B. Martin and his late father, Daniel L. Martin, began conducting elections back in 1935. Scott's expertise is in his extensive knowledge of the election laws governing municipal elections.

Patrick Martin - is a third generation election consultant with over 27 years in elections. He is responsible for the typesetting of Sample Ballots and Voter Information Pamphlets as well as arranging the translations for all election materials.

Bob Pocorena - is responsible for overseeing prduction of over 1,500,000 ballots and sample ballots, 2500 precinct supply sets, and delivery schedules to more than 150 cities having elections on the same day.

Judy Martin - is responsible for Sample Ballot proofing, polling place consolidations and polling place entry, and creating election officer appointment forms. She is also responsible for the maintenance of the database of City Clerks, Deputy City Clerks and other government officials that are members of the City Clerks Association of California (CCAC).

Ben Horwich - is our expert on digital files and digital printing. His expertise comes from many years with Hewlett Packard Co. in programming and manipulating data files.

Dan Pabich - is responsible for ballot preparations, layout and typesetting, and ballot counting functions.

Rigo Garcia - is responsible for absentee supplies and processing, labeling, inserting and mailing of absentee ballots.

Marianne Severson - is our receptionist and handles all orders for Minute Books and Minute Book paper.
